The best work starts before the camera turns on.
Most of what I’ve learned inside these programs didn’t come from making videos. It came from being around people long enough to understand them beyond the uniform, and learning how to build real connections with both athletes and the people I work with behind the scenes.
The long practices, wins, and loses. The creative failures, and accomplishments. The conversations, quiet moments, and excitement are all what makes me feel connected to my work.
